—Yes it is! 30 minutes are on us. It’s a no-pressure call, zoom or meet (free at your place if we’re in town) where we listen and discuss anything you want to talk about, problems or issues you want to tackle. It’s that simple.

—Just make some notes so you don’t forget any of your talking points. A brief description of your biggest challenge or pain point. If you have links or files you want to share.
How is pricing handled after the free call?
—Some things are set prices and others we will give you the estimated time and materials to complete your needs for the project(s). You’ll receive a simple, transparent proposal with flat-rate or milestone pricing—no hidden fees. Once approved, we start with a deposit and lay out clear timelines for every deliverable.
Where do you meet clients in-person?
—We’re happy to come to you. We regularly schedule on-site sessions. If the project calls for special travel, we simply pass along the travel cost.—so meeting face-to-face stays simple.
